Comments : We are shala founded on the principles of Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. We have a tradtional Mysore Morning Ashtanga Program 6 days a week. In addition the shala hosts Iyengar and vinyasa flow classes, kung-fu, weekly kirtan, concerts and other artist venues. We enjoy providing a space for the community to grow and evolve.
