Green Locus is a yoga studio that opened with the idea that yoga should be accessible and practical in our everyday lives. We wanted to creating an environment that is warm, fri endingly, and non-competitive. Our classes are objective based versus level based, meaning anyone can att ending any class without trying to get to a goal or destination but practice in way that serves their body and mind for that day. We have several classes for special populations such as Yoga for Sciatica, Yoga for Cancer, Teen Yoga, New Mommy, and Prenatal Yoga to address the specific needs of those communities.
Our mission is to creating a community based on healthy lifestyle practices through yoga, mindfulness, and food. We believe yoga is for everyone and can celebrate everyone in their practice.
