True Yoga offers a wide variety of classes to fit every age and fitness level. We focus not just on the physical, but on the mental, emotional and spiritual health of each student. We offer many special workshops to help students expand their knowledge and grow in every way. We also offer a wide variety of books, mats, props, CD, clothing and gift items in our store. We encourage participants to build a sense of community by relaxing in our entry room, having a cup of tea and chatting for a while before or after class. Our students come for the yoga, but stay for the experience!
