Stephenie toured with Broadway shows, the Rockettes, and understudied Juliet Prowse. She encourages artists to learn and practice yoga to develop to their full potential. We offer excellent classes for Beginners. Breathing, chanting, and physical postures are all given equal importance. The teaching style is very classical and traditional.
