Dhyanyoga Centers - Antioch is an educational and spiritual center in the heart of Antioch offering a supportive and peaceful environment for self-inquiry, healthy living, personal growth and spiritual evolution. Beginner and Intermediate level yoga classes are taught along with classes and workshops on meditation, ayurveda, spirituality and psychology, vegetarian cooking and creative writing. Join our gifted kirtan musicians for an evening of kirtan, (blissful Sanskrit chants to the Divine), on the first Friday of every month, from 7-9PM.
