I have been practicing yoga since 1998. I have done Diploma In Yoga from SIVANANDA YOGA.I have been teaching Yoga to all the age groups, professions & back ground since 2001. I also hold 2nd Degree Black Belt in Okinawan Karate & practicing it since 1992. I am also former Maharashtra State Champion & National Bronze Medallist (Kata) in Karate and taught Karate for 9 years. I have also learned T``ai Chi from Sandeep Desai’s International T’ai Chi Academy and taught T’ai Chi for 5 years.
