The" Stretch-Yoga" flow was created for the person that would like to practice on their own. Level one is very simple, yet physically challenging. Because it is very simple and contains no inverted Asanas the student can practice safely on their own and come to class when his/her schedule permits. The flow is very informative and the same instruction are given over and over until the flow is mastered. After a student masters level one, he, she can begin with level two which is more complex, but is based on level one. Therefore, the student uses their foundation to advance and prepare for the ultimate seated meditation. Through this method Yoga becomes available to people who have very busy lives. By providing a studio that is comfortable and inviting the students slowly arrive to their realizations, without the pressure of the religious aspect of Yoga. I have found through my practice that some people need to learn about yoga via the physical practice.
