She is a Certified Yoga Instructor with 11 years of personal practice that took her across the US and Canada to study a range of yoga styles. Including yoga, dance, and physical fitness she`s been teaching for 10 years. She has a tremendous amount of respect for her students and supports their individual intentions while offering opportunities for new exploration and growth. With her open and generous spirit and her honest enthusiasm she creates an enriching and safe environment for all.
