I am YaLi from Beijing.
I have practiced Yoga and TaiChi for morn than 10 years.
I love my job--a yoga teacher.
I have been to India for yoga teacher training.There I found yoga should be understanded by heart even not by language.It is very wonderful!I began to train yoga teacher in China since 2004.I love my job very much!I think it is possible to get the real aim of yoga by whatever Yoga Style`s.And All this is a union.This include: Teaching Beginners Yoga ,
Physical Fitness ,
Yoga Therapy or Disease Management,
Spiritual Growth,
Relaxation.
For yoga is developed deeply in USA.
I wish study USA yoga teacher training.
