Comments : I teach group classes, private lessons and monthly workshops in central Toronto locations. I also offer yoga therapeutics for people with specific needs. I am a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. I am also a (1989 Dpl.CST) Shiatsu Therapist and a Reiki Master registered with the Canadian Reiki Asssociation. I offer combined sessions for a more effective healing process. I have made an instructional Hatha yoga DVD suitable for beginners and intermediates.
