Comments : I have trained with YogaFit, and teach general yoga classes, as well as yoga for seniors, chair yoga, yoga for larger bodies, yoga for cancer pateints, and 12 step recovery yoga. I teach at a Womens Wellness Center, gentle yoga, and am also available for on-site classes , as well as private or small group instruction at my home studio. Additionally, I have specialized training in teaching yoga for those who have cardiac disease and cancer.
