Hatha yoga is where I first began 33 years ago before yoga was cool. Then I was very interested in the health but in the Holistic diet. I studied Bodytyping in TCM and Ayurveda Medicine. These have helped me to learn more about the alignment of the body and the meridian 5 element health for balance, Yoga and Yoga diet. (proper herbal balance) A consultant for 10 years.
