Norma has studied with many of the world's top Iyengar teachers including the great Senior Teacher Mary Dunn, and continues her studies at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of New York. Norma majored in Human Movement at Hunter College.
Norma's teaching style is a unique synthesis of nurturing support and strong encouragement. She inspires students to do more and better. Every student receives one-on-one, hands-on, correctional assistance. Norma also specializes in prenatal yoga and yoga for special populations, including the deaf and hard-of-hearing and people with MS and other debilitating conditions.
