A yoga practitioner for 20 years and a teacher of yoga since 1996. A student of world wisdom and non-dual teachings for over 35 years. These teachings inform my teaching style of awareness and discovery.
Clientele include women entering and in midlife (40+),
college and graduate students, couples and families.
I offer immersions for stress release and deep resting of the body-mind.
I trained in New York City and environs where I lived for 30 years.
As of 2006, I live in Ithaca, NY where I have a small studio and offer one-on-one instruction, semi-private and small groups classes formats. I offer retreats, workshops and stress release consultations on the Power of Rest and support cultivation of present moment awareness.
