Creative Pretzel Kids® Yoga classes and parties combine the traditional values of yoga with the fun and structure that children thrive upon. Each class or party uses imaginative games, yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation strategies to teach children to develop inner focus, balance, strength and self-esteem, all while while enjoying themselves! Classes available in Franklin and Milford. More locations to be added soon. Parties are available for children ages 3-16. We work with you to tailor a theme to the age and sophistication of your group.
