Join me for Hatha Yoga on beautiful Terra Ceia Island in the Historic Schoolhouse, every Monday & Wednesday evenings from 6-7:15 PM. I welcome beginners or those with experience who are seeking a calming class with traditional feel and flowing grace. I have studied with Kate Potter of FIT TVs Namaste Yoga and PBSs Adrienne Reed. I believe that an ongoing mindful practice of Yoga can be one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself.
