I teache a blended style, strongly influenced by Shivananda, Satyananda, Kripalu and Iyengar, with emphasis on the philosophy of Yoga and meditations from the Tantric tradition. Currently heads the Yoga faculty at Hindu University of America and also teach credit courses in Hatha Yoga at Valencia Community College in Orlando.Teac both non credit and credit classes at the University.
