Shelli has been practicing Yoga since 2002 and received her Yoga Teacher Certificate from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. Her teaching style is a conscious blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Iyengar Yoga, with an emphasis on individuality and awareness. Shelli’s classes are designed to teach you how to begin where you are in the process, accept what is, step out of your comfort zone and commit to growth, while understanding that wholeness and a healthy balance are the keys to success on every level of a person’s life.
The regular study and practice of Yoga has been deeply transformational in Shelli’s life and she is passionate about teaching the same to others and helping them experience optimal health and wellness in every aspect of one’s life. She attended Deepak Chopra’s ‘Primordial Sound Meditation’ & ‘Seduction of Spirit’ Courses in Westminster, Colorado, July 2006.
