Siddha Samadhi Yoga – SSY is the fundamental knowledge of life. SSY training dynamically alters one’s outlook towards life and brings tremendous change in physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual state of individuals.
SSY training is an extremely simple, systematic, and a scientifically designed technology based on a holistic approach. It involves Pranayama - Pranic breathing (life-energy) exercises, Samadhi Meditation, Brahmopadesham – universal advice and Satvic food habits.
*This is a week long intensive training program with a residential retreat.
**Attendance and active participation in all sessions is mandatory.
***During the program we provide juices and freshly prepared food.
