Kaitlyn has been studying yoga since 1997 and teaching since 2005. Her journey along the yogic path has led her to recognize the power within each of us to change the world and live a life that is full and satisfying and her teaching strives to help people claim that power within themselves. Her teaching style ranges from vigorous flow classes to gentle and restorative classes. She completed her first teaching training through Yoga Works in Los Angeles under James Brown and Julie Kleinman and is currently enrolled in an additional 300 hour Teacher Training through Yoga Works where she is a teaching assistant to Carmen Fitzgibbon. She is registered with Yoga Alliance and holds her BA in Acting and Women`s Studies from Western Washington University. She teaches in various locations throughout Los Angeles, CA and Seattle, WA.
