Based in Westlake Village (by Sherwood Country Club) about 40 mins north of Beverly Hills is Zabrina, available by concierge and house calls, she delivers Lifestyle - Wellness - Yoga practices to her urban and rural clients. Offering individual or sessions of Lifestyle Medicine, Therapies, Nutritional and Organic/Raw Lifestyle foods, and retreats for individuals or groups as part of her services. She embodies lifestyle of the mind, body and spirit. As a professional athlete, a figure skater and skier by training at the tender age of 3 years old, she has worked with many famous artists, socialites and financiers as Stephen Sommers, Pia Getty, David Alexanian, Alex von Furstenberg, Lapo Elkann, Camila McConaughey and Franca Sozzani. She knows the high stress lifestyles and all of its demands first hand. She is also a 30 year disciple of yoga, guided meditation, self-hypnosis, bio-feedback, visualization, sports nutrition, and a consistent practitioner of Preventative and Naturopathic Medicines. She has been mentored by wellness luminaries as Deepak Chopra Ayurvedic programs, Larry Shultz and Bikram Yoga Guru's, The USA Olympic team training programs for up and coming Figure Skating Olympic hopefuls, with its sports nutrition and sports phycology as the foundation. As a Wellness Guru she helps her clients find the mental cancer within and helps with positive motivation to just let it go. Therefor teaching to "heal from within and let thy food be thy medicine".
