I have more than 30 years of experience as a practitioner and teacher of hatha yoga. My training is in Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga. My teaching style combines the precision of Iyengar with the flow and integration of breath in Ashtanga. I teach group classes, private one-on-one sessions and corporate health & wellness programs.
