Welcome to my classes. Two new yoga classes will begin in Queen Creek, a beginners at 10:15 am on Saturday February 16th and an all-levels on Tuesday February 20th 2010. There is a $12 donation for a package of classes and $14 for single classes.

Former students often tell me they have searched high and low for classes they enjoyed and benefitted from as much as mine but were unsuccessful. I attribute this to having lived at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health for 12 years during the 4+yrs that Swami Kripalvanandaji was in residence there. I created and ran 2 yoga studios (one in MA and one in FH, AZ) and produced a series of yoga classes that were aired on Television.
