My drop-in rate is $13/hour-long class at my studio location. Several class card and class packages are offered at reduced rates. My private rate is $90 for a 90-minute individual or small group lesson, or $100 for a 90-minute corporate lesson. I offer mats and props. Mat rentals are $1/mat.

I currently teach classes at a studio location in Glendale (4740 W. Glendale Avenue) and private and corporate lessons throughout the Phoenix Metro area through my yoga business, USHA YOGA. The focus of my classes is to help my students reconnect to wholeness and rediscover health.
