Began practicing yoga in 1990. He studied and apprenticed in Kundalini and Bikram Yoga before going on to study Ashtanga,Vinyasa,Iyengar and Tibetan forms of Hatha Yoga. Jeff`s love of Sacred teachings led to extensive study of the Dhammapada, the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita, as well as the Tao Teh Ching and the Yoga Sutras. His knowledge of yoga anatomy and core alignment principles compliments his love of storytelling and Yoga "philosophy".Along with his wife Michele,he is the Co-Founder and co-director of the annual Yoga Vision International Yoga Conference.
