WELCOME TO HUGH POULTON MINDFUL YOGA.
HUGH POULTON TEACHES ASHTANGA YOGA AND MINDFULNESS COURSES THROUGHOUT NORTH AND WEST OXFORDSHIRE.
Recover your true flexibility- Hugh works with the stiffest muscle in your body; the one between your ears.
Hugh’s teachings are of great simplicity. This simplicity applies to the asanas as well as to all the other aspects of yoga, both on and off the mat. His keys are bandhas and breath as a tool of self teaching, self correcting and self healing. It is hugely suitable for people working with injury or for those working with restrictions in the physical body.
Join a friendly, fun Ashtanga Yoga class and improve core strength, fitness, flexibility and posture. Build confidence and a real sense of wellbeing.
In 5 weeks, as you de-stress, you can restore a sense of balance in your life, feel fitter and have more energy.
Taught in an enjoyable, supportive and relaxed way, at a convenient location and time.
Hugh always tries to emphasize that the stiffest muscle in your body is the one between your ears and he supports each person to realize their full potential, by helping them to release the mental barriers in their mind, which stop them reaching their peak performance, both in yoga and general life.
