Comments : Im a qualified Yoga Teacher with more than 12 years experience,Im teaching in UK for the last seven years,a couple a years ago I became aware that the best way to teach in by choosing the secuences of postures according with the student`s phisical and mental constitutions,and I put my Ayurveda`s knowledge into Yoga that I found, in my own experience, fantastic! I was studied not only in India but also in London at the Iyengar Institute for five years.
