Nouty started yoga about 8 years ago by exploring meditation. This started her exploration on all dimensions of yoga. She realised that yoga was a great tool to become more flexible, energetic and healthy and decided she wanted to share this with others. In 2010 she travelled to Rishikesh, the yoga capitol of India and followed her first teacher training based on the Sivananda Tradition. After teaching summer in Holland she went back to India and followed her second training in Goa. After her training she stayed on in India and thought yoga and gave massages. Back in Holland she continued teaching at the beach and in yoga Studio Corazon in her hometown in The Hague.
