I am learning and practising Yoga for over 10 years. I am a certified to teach Yoga and one of my favourite things to do is to organise Yoga themed activities. Completed Master’s in Naturopathy and Yogic science at Bharat Sevak Samaj promoted by the Government of India, Alex is a deep believer in the healing and rejuvenating power of Hatha Yoga. He is also certified in Kudalini Yoga and has secured first place in the state level Yogasana championship, recognized by the International youth Yoga federation. In my classes, i am making a special effort to connect with each and every student to help them overcome their personal obstacles and achieve their life goals.
