Dr. Sejal Shah, 40, is a Wellness and Yoga Teacher teaching yoga since 7 years in India and USA. Her graduation in science of Homoeopathy created a strong foundation for understanding health in terms of mind-body-soul state. She has been voluntarily working with Oasis(NGO) for almost 16 years. She has worked with women/youths/people in slums, villages, cities, organizing and conducting many events and trainings. While searching her life mission through her work with Oasis, she realised, “Wellness or health is all about personal responsibility, prevention, self care and healing rather than cure and medicines…people need to be educated about wellness and healthy living principles rather than treated with medicines.” She is Founder of Wellness and Life Style Excellence Center in Bangalore. She promotes healthy life style concepts and habits which help people to discover their true health potentials, hidden healing power thus help people to heal themselves and others and give their best to the world. For her, “Teaching is healing, loving, learning, improving, and excelling.” She has done Yoga course at Oasis, Yoga Niketan and Prashant Yogashraya (Iyenger Style), Vipasana Camp, Art of Living Basic, Advance course, Ayurvedic Cooking Course, Sri Sri Yoga, Natural Nutrition workshop with Dr Vijaya Venkat and more. She has attended International Yoga Conference at Bihar School of Yoga. She teaches classical yoga and she has integrated the best of different yoga styles.
