Linda teaches Yoga Holiday weeks in May and October in 2006 at Gargarou Retreat. She has been practicing Yoga for 30 years, exploring different styles of Yoga and body therapies. Integral Yoga seems to encompass exactly what I believe Yoga to be – a complete harmony of body, mind and spirit. As well as teaching Yoga I am a qualified practitioner in Shiatsu and Reiki. The human body and how it works fascinates me and I love encouraging people towards total wellness. I am also a professional cook and will be cooking for you throughout the week.
