After my first taste of yoga, my journey began leading me to a healthier, happier, more fulfilling lifestyle, and eventually to my intensive teacher training on an incredibly spiritual and powerful island in Thailand. As my journey continues and I learn more about this mysteriously beautiful world, I find so much pleasure and joy in sharing what I know with other people. Teaching and living yoga is not a job or work for me, it is a lifestyle and an absolute pleasure.
