The Right Touch Massage is designed for each individual. We offer Reiki, CranioSacral and Polarity for those who wish more energy based work. Our multi-modality/eclectic massage incorporates Reflexology, Manual Lymph Drainage, Swedish, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release.
Sports Massage is deeper and tends to work muscle groups. It usually focuses on problem areas where there may be scar tissue or where range of motion needs to be increased. Runners, Bicyclists, Rowers, Lifters, etc. can benefit from Sports Massage.
Tennis Players and Golfers as well as any weekend athlete could use either pre or post event massage as it too drains metabolic wastes such as Lactic and Carbonic Acids from the system
