My practice is the only qualified private practice in the greater Sacramento area that specializes in massage from preconception to postpartum. I work very closely with your midwife, doula and/or OBGYN to ensure that your experience in my practice is maximized. Additionally, I have built relationships locally with like-mined doulas, pregnancy fitness & nutrition experts, etc. to ensure that your pregnancy & birthing experience are completely supported, regardless of your birth decisions.
