1977-91: Practised as Ayurvedic Physician-cum-Consultant Herbalist 1979-80: Ayurvedic Physician in Municipal Corporation on retainership basis 1980: Consultant, Product Development to Ayurvedic Drugs' Mfrs 1989: Commenced manufacturing & part time domestic Marketing of proprietary Ayurvedic & herbal products for health & beauty care 1990: Commencement of Exports operations 1991: Converted his profitable clinic into 100% charitable hospital (Still devoting time for charitable consultancy to chronic cases) 2000: Set up World’s First Ayurvedic GMP Unit at Ludhiana, which was inaugurated by His Holiness Dalai Lama of Tibet on 28th March, 2000. Represented Ayurvedic Industry & Joined CII CEO’s delegation accompanying Prime Minister Vajpayee to USA 2001: Represented Ayurvedic Industry & Joined CII CEO’s delegation accompanying Prime Minister Vajpayee to Malaysia 2006: Represented Indian Ayurvedic Industry at Deptt of AYUSH’S Exposition at WHO’s Annual World Health Assembly at Geneva in May, 2006, and also at departmental Pavilion at FICCI’S US-INDIA BUSINESS SUMMIT at Los Angeles-USA, in August, 2006. On both of occasions. the department had officially included only 5 & 7 manufacturers, respectively, from the country.
