Cost : £4.50 per 1 1/2 hr class. Free for Kinectica members. I am also available for private yoga instruction at £20 per hour.
Comments : Sun Power Yoga is an ecletic mix of Iyengar (alignment) Ashtanga (power) and Sivananda (classical)styles. My classes are excellent for all round fitness, stress release and mind/body connection. Currently teaching two classes per week at Clifton Hill Sports Centre.
