I was initiated in Hatha Yoga in the lineage of André van Lysebeth, disciple of Swami Sivananda from Rishikesh. Later, while in London, have studied at the Satyananda center under the instruction of Swami Pragyamurti, and also practiced at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Maida Vale.
Days, months, years… styles, places here and there… Completed the 500 hours program (RYT 500) established by Yoga Alliance International with Shashi Pothattil a sincere and authentic teacher from Kerala based in San Diego California.
I have taught classes in India, England, Spain and California and currently live in Amstelveen with my wife Clara.
The teaching is focused on the meditative and spiritual aspect of Yoga.
