Sherri has been practicing yoga for over 13 years. She has been training with John Friend and his senior teachers for over 2 years. She is passionate about her ongoing studies as a yoga teacher as well as about her personal practice. Sherri is dedicated to helping each student unveil their innate goodness, worthiness and the true teacher within. She is dedicated to empowering and building each students self-esteem while inspiring light-heartedness, play and joyful creativity within the yoga practice.
