I teach small classes (max8)which are £6.00 per hour. Classes are 1 1/2to 2 hours. Individual tuition and Yoga therapy are £36.00 per hour.

I have been involved with yoga for 23 years. Teaching for 20. I am a qualified BWY teacher and teach the pre- teachers course. I am also reading in a post graduate course which will be affiliated to the BWY and recognised by the Krisnamacharya Yoga and Healing foundation in Chennai, India. I specialise in offering yoga therapy for persons with ME/CFS, MS, Scoliosis of the Spine, and bad backs. I also offer individual tuition for personal growth.
