Chihiro is native Japanese, intuitive, and spiritual. She has been practicing Hatha Yoga (Iyengar based) over 10 years. Yoga provided her many benefits and practicing Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga became a part of her life.
Currently she teaches Hatha Yoga (elements of Iyengar) and Restorative Yoga for beginners in private and small groups. Instructions are available in English, in Japanese, and in French.
