Blessed with love and inspiration from incredible family and friends she is thankful for the guidance of her teachers. Teaching since 2003 she has furthered her studies and recieved her 500-hour Master-Level Yoga Teaching Certificate from Inner Vision Yoga and is registered with Yoga Alliance.
Currently teaches classes and is the Administrator of Teacher Training at Inner Vision Yoga in Chandler/Tempe and Maredith pioneered the Yoga-Connect with Nature for Maricopa County Parks and Recreation. Soon will be offering classes to serve West Phoenix community at Aikido Renbukai of Arizona Dojo (Studio).
