Yoga has been a part of my life for 15 years and my personal and professional yoga practice has grown since 2004 upon receving certification to teach Yoga from the Art of Living Ashram in Quebec and receiving knowledge from His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and Vaidya Rama Kant Mishra. To practice Yoga and Ayurveda has been life changing, life enhancing and very fulfilling and I welcome everyone to enter into this beautiful vast knowledge.
