I am a licensed mental health counselor and registered yoga teacher, and I integrate my training to provide you a compassionate presence in which you can safely address your issues, and achieve tools to heal from anxiety, panic issues, depression (especially postpartum depression and other new mom issues), body image concerns, and addiction.
